If you are applying for Type2(Dedicated ADSL service), the new telephone line is installed at your premises. In addition, you must be present during the installation and an extra charge applies. If a third party other than NTT owns internal lines, then you need to contact them to arrange for cabling or installation work as required.
Please be aware that the customer using TYPE2 will be able to call only through IP Phone. Some number can not be dialed through IP Phone, and you will need to have a land line in that case.
* Confirm the registered owner's name of the line.
If you have the existing land line, please confirm the registered owner's name.
 * If you do not have any existing land lines, your identification will be requires.(ex.the copy of insurance, resident card and driver's license)

* Complete the registration form and obtain the customer number.
* Please take a note for the customer number since you must provide it when you contact us.
* If you would like to apply for Wireless LAN service, please check in the box 「Apply for Wireless LAN Service」
SpinNet Confirm the information of the registration. SpinNet Customer Support Center, may need to contact you to confirm the information.
SpinNet→CUSTOMER Thank you letter will be sent to you. The letter contains the information of the registration.
If there is any wrong information in this, please contact us to correct it.

The following cases are examples that eADSL service may not be available.

1. There is no equipment available in Y!Mobile.
2. Y!Mobile can not confirm your identification.

2. SpinNet Connect Login Name and Connect Login Password(*1)

NTT NTT Central Office Work This work will be done in NTT Central Office.
NTT→CUSTOMER Type2 residential installation(NTT) NTT will install TYPE2 in your home

* They might inform you of the schedule right before the installation
CUSTOMER eADSL modem installation Please set up the modem by following the procedures written in the manual.
