change the ISDN line to an analog line for the Type-1 shared service.
*If the ADSL link is not established at all, and if you notify it to our Customer Support Center within 7 days after the installation, then NTT installation fees (except for line conversion fee [ISDN --> analog]) will be

Work intended to identify and resolve possible causes of poor transmission quality, such as interference from other telecommunications lines or problems with equipment between the NTT central office and the customer's premises.
The work is carried out by NTT at the customer's expense.

Change of the contact points at which subscriber telephone lines are terminated at an NTT central office (carried out at customer's expense).If you experience a deterioration in transmission quality over your telephone line, due
to interference with ISDN or another service, NTT will, at your request, change to a different cable conductor.
Bridged tap removal 9,900Yen + 16,500Yen
The work is carried out by NTT at the customer's expense. However, this does not guarantee an improvement in line quality.
*A bridged tap is a branch somewhere along the telephone line between the NTT central office and your premises. Bridged taps are installed to separate cables and to facilitate loop removal, but the reflex noise from a bridged tap
can adversely affect ADSL signals. If your quality of service is inadequate, NTT will remove the bridged tap if you wish.

NTT subscriber's protector change 8,800Yen
A device for preventing excess current from passing along the telephone line and into your house in the event of lightning. The NTT subscriber's protector is also the demarcation point at which NTT's responsibility for your line
ends and you become responsible for the wiring to your premises. In the Type-1 ADSL service, an incoming phone call or fax may disrupt or slow down ADSL transmission.
