Before applying for eADSL Service, we strongly recommend you to check on the following information. You will need those information for application form.

Apply for Type1
Signal surveillance communication services offered by security companies, off-talk communication service, and gas detector may cause a trouble with ADSL connection.
*Also, ADSL service may not be available if the telephone line is split to multiple modular(telephone) jacks or utilized by a doorphone/intercom in order to make an outside call. In this case ,please contact our Customer Support Center for possible solutions.

Apply for Type1: Currently using an analog line
[Need to be confirmed]
Confirm the registered subscriber name for your telephone line
Confirm the registered telephone number for your telephone line
Confirm the registered exact address for the telephone line.
* You can check on those information by calling NTT(116)

Apply for Type1: Currently using an ISDN
[Need to be confirmed]
Confirm the registered subscriber name for your telephone line
Confirm the registered telephone number for your telephone line
Confirm the registered exact address for the telephone line.
* You can check on those information by calling NTT(116)

[NOTE]
* If you are currently using INS-Net 64 Lite, then you will need to change it to Analog Lite.

Apply for Type2
[Need to be confirmed]
If you do not already have a subscription telephone at the premises where the ADSL line is to be installed, you will need to submit a photocopy of one of the following documents to NTT as proof of your identity:
* Driver's license
* Utility receipt
* Health insurance policy
* Certificate of residence

If you already have subscription telephone at the premises where the ADSL line is to be installed, then you need to confirm the registered subscriber name and telephone number for your telephone line.
Also you need to confirm type of existing equipment, type of installation required(if you live in an apartment, check with the administrators of your building).
* You can check on those information by calling NTT(116)

[NOTE]
* Type2 is a dedicated ADSL line. You cannot make voice telephone calls on this new line, but you do not need to be an NTT subscriber to have it installed.

* You may need to be present at the time for installation work. And some extra charges may apply.

* If you cancel SpinNet eADSL service before the installation work, we will not charge SpinNet eADSL monthly fee, etc.. However in cases that you subscribe to and cancel the service again, or cancel it at short notice, we will charge fees.
