STEP3

We will have one of our affiliates call you once we have scheduled a date for your onsite visit.

Be sure to prepare the following before the date of your appointment.

·Your SpinNet Connect Login Name and password

·The equipment that must be set up/connected (modem, printer, router, etc.) as well as cables and other connectors

·All related manuals and connection software (e.g. drivers)

Customers requesting support with ADSL/fiber optic cable connection settings must have the following completed before the day of the onsite visit.

Fiber optic cable: Complete installation and set up an optical network unit/VDSL modem in your home ADSL line: Complete installation and set up an ADSL modem connection environment in your home.

Note: We need approximately three business days to contact you.

STEP4

We will visit your home and complete the necessary settings and support.

·Please pay the onsite visit charges directly to the visiting staff member.

·Please be informed that our staff members accept cash only and cannot accept credit cards.
