1. What is "SpinNet On-site Support"?
 This is a service that our visiting staff member do various settings like Internet connection on your behalf when you replace your computer or move house. We offer PC lessons and Wireless LAN setup as well.

 Please pay the charges directly to the visiting staff member. We do not accept credit cards.

 Yes. This service is available for all SpinNet subscribers.
* SpinNet Connect Login Name is required to apply.

6. Could you visit me even on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays?
 We can visit you at 10:00 - 20:00 everyday excluding December 31 to January 3.

7. Do I have to prepare anything before visit?
 Yes. Please prepare necessary information (Connect Login Name or Password) or the equipment that must be set up and complete installation and set up network unit the day before visiting. Note that a cancellation fee of 3,500 yen (tax excl.) will be charged even if support would not be carried out due to your insufficient preparation.

8. Can I apply for an optional menu only?
 Yes. You can apply for an optional menu only. However if you request a optional menu only, please note that an onsite visit fee of 6,000 yen (tax excl.) will be charged.

9. I would like to cancel this service.
 If you would like to cancel this service, please be sure to call the number below or a visiting staff member at least one day before the scheduled visit. If you cancel at the visiting day, a cancellation fee of 3,500 yen (tax excl.) will be charged.
