* The calls will be recorded to understand the content accurately, to improve the quality of our call center, and to train our operators.
We will occasionally ask you to answer questionnaires about the operator for quality improvement of our call center.
The record will never be used for the purposes other than the above-mentioned purposes.

    (If we cannot contact you by E-Mail, we need another way to contact you.)
Inquiry via E-mail Access
Please note the following:
  • You may not receive the information from SpinNet if the capacity of your mailbox is full.
  • You may not receive the information from SpinNet if you are using other ISP for the Internet connection, and if they put restrictions on receiving from SpinNet.
  • When you do not receive any reply from SpinNet within 2-3 days, we recommend you to contact us by phone or E-mail again.
  • We cannot answer you by phone when we have already received your inquiry via E-mail access.
  • We cannot confirm any attached files or HTML messages for security reason.

* According to the spread of computer viruses these days, we need additional time to response to the customers due to the large amount of virus mails against the account for E-mail access from customers.(*1)
In order to quick reply to customers, we will delete messages with virus or the following attachment files: please be careful that we will not reply them. If you wish to have quick reply, we recommend you contact us by phone.

(*1) Due to the measures for virus, we are getting rid of computer viruses; therefore, you will never be infected by any viruses caused by inquiry.
