1. I would like to change my credit card number / expiration date.
You can change it through our homepage.

The credit card that you are using will not be updated automatically. If your expiration date is changed or if your credit card is changed due to misplacement or theft, please notify us.

2. I have changed my address and telephone number. Do I have to notify you?
Please change your information through our homepage. If you have moved to a different area, please change your access point. It is not necessary to notify us for changing the access point. For directions on changing the access point, please refer to the following.

3. I have changed my telephone to ISDN. What procedure do I need to follow?
There is no particular procedure you need to follow. Also, you may use the access point you used originally. If you use TA( Terminal Adapter ) please use 64Kbps Synchronous Driver.
If you are going to be using FLET'S ISDN, please submit the usage registration from our homepage. Regarding the access point numbers, please refer to NTT, or use 1492 which is the standard number for FLET'S ISDN.
