Trouble with Mail Server

Dear Customers,

Thank you very much for using SpinNet.
There were troubles with mail server. The following is the details.

For users who have trouble with email after recovery.(added at 9/5)

Description:

Time and Date 2008/09/02 (Tue.) 10:55 a.m. - 11:40 p.m
Description Trouble with mail server
Effects Customers ware unable to use following services.

* Sending and Receiving E-mails
* MYHOME.mail/lite/mobile
* Users' Information Change (Mail)
* On-line registration for SpinNet
* POP before SMTP

However, your email does not be lost due to this trouble.
All emails that were received during this trouble have been sent to your email box.(9/3 17:15)
Status Recovery work was completed. (9/2 23:40)
Recovery on working. (9/2 19:30)
Recovery on working. (9/2 17:00)
Recovery on working. (9/2 15:30)
Recovery on working. (9/2 14:00)


 We prepare QAs for customer's inquiries regarding sending and receiving emails.

Q1 I can't send and receive e-mails.
A1
1) Please check your mail settings (mail address, mail possword etc.) on your mail software again.
Please make sure your email address and password when you check your mail setting.
You will be required to enter your mail address and password when you send and receive emails, depending on your email software.

2) If you cannot use email despite correct mail setting, please follow (A) and (B) procedures below, and try receiving emails again.

(A) Please renew your mail setting. After finishing this setting, please follow (B). Click here for Windows Mail setting.

Click here for Microsoft Outlook setting
(B) Please delete your current used account which causes a problem.
3) In case that the procedures above do not help to solve the problem, please contact SpinNet Customer Support Center.

Q2 I forget my Mail password.
A2 Please check your "Access Information Sheet" that we sent you when you sign-up for SpinNet.
If you don't keep the "Access Information Sheet", please contact SpinNet Customer Support Center. We will send you "Access Information Sheet" again. (It'll be taken 2-3days for receiving new sheet. )
