- Please contact us by 10 days before the day you wish for the cancellation.
- You will receive a confirmation letter for the cancellation of our service when your request has been completed.
- Our service is provided on a monthly basis from the date you signed up. No partial refund if you cancel in the middle of the monthly billing cycle.
- You can continue to use SpinNet account until the termination date even if the cancellation request has been arranged.
- Please be aware that we may contact you over the telephone to confirm your request.
