Information on Security Enhancements to SpinNet User Home Page Service
Dear SpinNet Customers,
Thank you very much for using SpinNet.
In order to enhance the security of "SpinNet User Home Page Service", we will start providing SFTP from March 31, 2022 (Thu.) . This allows for encrypted uploading to the homepage server.
Accordingly, file transfer by FTP is scheduled to end on October 17, 2022(Mon.) at 10:00 a.m.. If you are still using FTP, please switch to SFTP as soon as possible.
We have also terminated the provision of "MYHOME.web" as follows.
We would appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Description:
1. About SFTP
Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) is a network protocol used for file transfers. It is more secure than FTP by encrypting the data to be transferred.
2. Required response for service users
Please prepare software that supports SFTP or change the settings of your current software.
SpinNet has also prepared a manual for setting up FileZilla for SFTP, which we hope you will find useful. If you use other software, please check the documentation for that software based on the following settings.

4. Termination of MYHOME.web
MYHOME.web terminated its services on Sunday, July 31, 2022.
After the termination of the service, you will no longer be able to add or edit greeting cards and albums, but this will not affect the viewing of greeting cards and albums that have already been published.
