[Important] Changing authentication method when using E-mail
Dear Customer,
Thank you very much for using SpinNet.
We would like to announce again that the authentication method when using E-mail
with SpinNet will be changed on 1st February, 2007.
Due to this change, SpinNet customers need to change their E-mail software
settings. Customers whom not has changed the setting will not be able to
send and receive E-mails.
Details are as follows;

Content of the change
Currently the "mail account name" (characters before @mark of your
E-mail address) is set in the "account name field" of your E-mail
software, but customers need to set their "whole E-mail address"
in "the account name field" from now on.
(Current)
Account name =
characters before @mark of your E-mail address
(Change to)
Account name =
your whole E-mail address
How to change
Please refer to the following URL. Software setting guide is availeble on our homepage for changing settngs.
Customers who have not changed their mail settings by the day will
not be able to use E-mail from February 1st. In addition, new
authentication method is already effective, so please kindly change
your E-mail settings as soon as possible before February 1st.

In case you leave a copy of messages on server, you might receive again
the messages which you have already downloaded when receiving right
after the change of settings. However, it is depending on the setting
of your E-mail software.

The setting change is necessary for the additional e-mail address acquired.
