[ Important] Announcement for the termination of the access point numbers
Thank you very much for using JENS SpinNet.
Due to the beginning of One Number Access Service, the following access points were abolished on March 31, 2006. Please change the access point settings of your computer to the One Number Access Service by referring to the URL below.

For customers using FLET'S ISDN, there is no need to change your connection telephone number to this number. Please note that the telephone charge will be billed separately if customers using FLET'S ISDN uses this number.

The access point for subscriber lines (0088-33-6000) is available for JAPAN TELECOM's Otoku Line, but not for other direct revenue fixed lines (e.g. KDDI's KDDI Metal Plus.) For more details, please refer to our homepage.

Charges to connect to the access point (0088-33-6000) will be billed from JAPAN TELECOM. If you do not use any telephone service of JAPAN TELECOM, you will be billed from your telecom carrier such as NTT East or NTT West.

How to send and receive E-mail
The POP before SMTP method is adopted for security reasons when you send and receive E-mail. Customers need to change the E-mail software setting to POP before SMTP when you use One Number Access Service. Please refer to "E-mail" section of the following homepage to set up your e-mail software.
In One Number Access Service, please obtain the DNS server address automatically or use the following DNS server address.
Preferred DNS server

Customers who use dial-up connection need to be change the access point settings.

This service is available anywhere in Japan if your phone line supports 0088 callings. (The service is unavailable if restrictions are imposed on using 0088 on the phone because of the special circumstances of the customer or originating party.)

This service is not available from mobile phones and public phones.

Phone charges to connect to the access points of One Number Access Service will not be covered by some discount plans provided by JAPAN TELECOM, NTT East, NTT West and other telecom carriers. i.e.) "Telehodai", "i-Ai Plan" provided by NTT East and NTT West
