[Important] Attention on abusing IDs and passwords

Dear Customers,

 Thank you very much for using SpinNet.

 We have confirmed that there are phishing websites which send spoofed SpinNet e-mails and attempt to acquire Connect Login Name and Password, Mail Address and Password.
If these are stolen, there may be a possibility of that someone pretending to be as you and send/receive e-mails and even exploit services.

Please be careful when receiving e-mails with a link and when entering your ID and password.



The details are as follows.


1. Confirm senders

If the sender is not "SpinNet Customer Support Center" support@spinnet.jp, please do not open the e-mail. It may be a spoofed e-mail.

2. Confirm links in e-mails

Legitimate SpinNet URLs requiring IDs and passwords are below.

SpinNet MYHOME.mail
  - SpinNet Top page / MYHOME.mail(Web mail) Login page
    http://www.spinnet.jp/indexe.html

  - MYHOME.mail for mobile Login page
    http://www.spinnet.jp/ie/

Confirm and change SpinNet services
  - Change users' information
    URLs starting with https://regist.spinnet.jp/.

Please confirm the URL before clicking it and do not enter your ID and password if you think it might be a spoofed website.

3. Set and change your password regularly

Please do not set a password which can be easily cracked.

e.g. Sequence number (111111 or 123456)
     A row of letters from a standard keyboard layout (QWERTY, ASDFGH, etc.)

We recommend you to change your password regularly.
