Mail Forwarding Settings / Cancel

First, please read the Mail Forward Service Agreement

I agree to abide by the conditions within this "Mail Forward Service Agreement" below and, I wish to Mail Forwarding Settings / Cancel

SpinNet Mail Forward Service Agreement SoftBank Corp. SoftBank Corp. (hereinafter called "the Company") will provide Mail Forward Service (hereinafter called "the Service") in accordance with the Service Agreement (hereinafter called "the Agreement") with SpinNet Service Customers (hereinafter called "the Customer"). Article 1. (The Service) 1. The Service provides Mail Forward Service for the Customers 2. The Customer can set up two forwarding addresses at the same time for each mail account. 3. The Customer can choose whether the received mail remains in the mailbox or not. If the capacity of the mailbox exceeds 30MB, the Customer will not be able to receive any mails until the mailbox is cleared. 4. It is the Customers responsibility to set up the Service. Article 2. (The Customer) The Customer is defined as a person who has applied for and has been accepted for the Service, according to the procedure outlined in the Agreement. Article 3. (Scope of the Agreement) 1. The Agreement applies to all Customers who use the Service. 2. The Company reserves the right to change the Agreement without notice to the Customer. Any changes to the Agreement will apply equally to all Customers. 3. If there are any discrepancies between the Japanese Agreement and the English Agreement, the Japanese Agreement will be used to settle all disputes. Article 4. (Application for Subscription) 1. When the Customer applies for the Service, the Customer must do so in accordance with the articles of the Agreement to receive the Service. 2. The Company accepts the application when the set-up of the forwarding addresses are completed by the customer. 3. The contract between the Company and the Customer is completed upon acceptance. Article 5. (Change of Forwarding Address) 1. The Customer is allowed to change the forwarding addresses. 2. The Company accepts no responsibility for losses incurred, as a result of failing to change the forwarding addresses. Article 6. (Cancellation of Service by the Customer) 1. The Customer shall notify the Company to cancel the Service using the prescribed method. Upon the deletion of the forwarding addresses, the company stops forwarding the mail of the Customers. 2. When the Customer cancels SpinNet Service, the Service will also be terminated automatically. Article 7. (Obligations of the Customer) 1. The Customer is obligated to manage and control all the mail accounts and its passwords, which are provided by the Company. 2. Whether the Customer or any third person acted in relation to any of the Customer's mail accounts and passwords, the Customer has sole responsibility for the actions of the party using the Customer's mail accounts. 3. The Customer is responsible to confirm inputs of the forwarding mail addresses. 4. The Customer has the obligation to compensate at their own expense for any damages to the Company or third person due to the use of the Service. Article 8. (Suspension of Service) 1. When we intend to suspend or restrict the provision of the Service, we will notify the Customer in advance except in case of emergency as described below: (1) Suspending the provision of the Service cannot be avoided in performing maintenance or other work on our telecommunications facilities. (2) A natural disaster, a public incident, or any other emergency occurs. (3) A Type I common carrier has suspended provision of telecommunication service. 2. The Company accepts no responsibility for stoppage of the Service. Article 9. (Stoppage of Service) 1. If the Customer does any of the Prohibited Actions listed in Article 10, the Company has the right to terminate the Service immediately without notice. Article 10. (Prohibited Actions) 1. The Service prohibits the following actions: (1) Acts, which will, or are likely to, disrupt the Company's network services. (2) Damaging the interests of another Customer, a third party, or our company (3) A Set up, that will loop within the Company's network using the mail accounts that have been provided by the Company (4) Acts, which send the mail to a third person without receiving permission from the third person. (5) Acts, in violation of or likely to be in violation of the law (6) Other cases, which will, or are likely to, cause negative effects to the forwarding addresses. (7) Any acts that overload or damage the server of the forwarding mail addresses Article 11. (Terms and Conditions) 1. Except for negligent acts of the Company, resulting in not being able to use the Service, resulting in changing the specifications of the Service, resulting in terminating the Service, the Company shall have no liability to the Customer whatsoever, for any claim or loss. The Company shall assume no liability for any claim or loss, damage or expense from any cause whatsoever. This clause shall survive any failure of any exclusive remedy. 2. The Company is not liable for the accuracy, integrity, or usefulness of the information obtained or posted by any Customer of the Service. 3. The company does not assume any responsibility for the delivery of a forwarded mail. 4. The Company does not assume any responsibility for the loss or tracking out of the mail, the information or contents in the mail, or registration caused by the Service. 5. The Company does not assume any responsibility for any damage that the Customer may suffer from the use of the Service. 6. If the Customer causes any damage to another Customer, or a third party, through the use of the Service, it will be the Customer's responsibility to settle the matter at the Customer's own expense and shall inflict no damage on the Company. Supplementary provision: 1. The Agreement is established on March 1, 2001. This Agreement is revised on October 1, 2001 This Agreement is revised on April 1, 2005 2. JENS Corporation changes its corporate name to JAPAN TELECOM CO., LTD.. Customers who had concluded the agreement with us before March 31, 2005 do not need to conclude the agreement again. Additional Rules (Enforcement Time) 1. This Agreement is revised on October 1, 2006. (Change of Name of JENS SpinNet Service Agreement) 2. On the day this Agreement is revised, JENS SpinNet Service Agreement will be changed to SpinNet Service Agreement. (Interim Measures with regard to JENS SpinNet Service) 3. The subscription agreements for JENS SpinNet Service presently existing as of this revision that were concluded pursuant to the provisions of JENS SpinNet Service Agreement before this revision will be deemed to be subscription agreements for SpinNet Service concluded by SOFTBANK TELECOM pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement after revision as of the day this Agreement is revised.
