There is no need to subscribe separately.
This service can be used regardless of SOFTBANK TELECOM telephone service registration or MyLine registration.

their access point settings? |
Customers using local access points currently provided by SpinNet need to change their settings.
* Customers using FLET'S ISDN do not need to change their settings.
| 3.I am using ISDN. Do I need
to change my settings? |
If you are using INS64 (except FLET'S ISDN), you need to change your current access point number to the new number of the One Number Access Service.
If you are using FLET'S ISDN, there is no need to change your setting. Please note that the telephone charge to the access point of One Number Access Service will be billed additionaly if FLET'S ISDN users use this number.

Service from anywhere in Japan? |
You can access the number from anywhere in Japan as long as the line supports 0088 calling. However, public phones, mobile phones, and telephone lines in some facilities may not be used. For further information, please check this page.
7.Are there any numbers for PIAFS? |
The access point number for PIAFS is 0088-33-6060.
| 8.Can I connect to the number
of One Number Access Service from a mobile phone? |
No. The number cannot be used with a mobile phone.
| 9.Can I use the number from the
hotel in which I am staying? |
You can use any telephone line if the line supports 0088 calling. However, telephone lines in some facilities cannot be used. Please ask the front desk of your hotel.
| 10.Are there any access point numbers other
than the One Number Access Service? |
No. After the local access points are closed, only the One Number Access Service will be available in Japan.
| 11.I am using a telephone discount
service. Can I use the service after I changed the
access point? |
Telephone charges to connect to the access points of One Number Access Service are not coverd by some discount services provided by telephone companies. For further information, please check this page.
12.I registered with MyLine.
Can I use the One Number Access Service number?
(MyLine: Contract to use one telephone company preferentially for telephone calls.) |
Yes. The number can be used regardless of the contract with the telephone company for MyLine and MyLine Plus.

No. Telehodai is not available with One Number Access Service.
| 14.How much is the telephone
charge for the One Number Access Service? |
The charge depends on the usage time slot.
Daytime 8:00-22:59:59 7.875 yen/ 180sec. (tax included)
Nighttime 23:00-Next 7:59:59 7.875 yen/ 240sec. (tax included)
* Charge every 3 minute (or 4 minutes). i.e.) If you connect for 5 minutes from 10:00, you will be charged for 15.75 yen as 6 minutes usage.
| 15.If I connect to the Internet
through this number across two different time slots,
how is the telephone charge calculated? |
For example, if you start connecting at 22:59, you will be charged every 3 minutes until 23:02 and charged every 4 minutes after 23:02 to 8:00.

across two month? |
If there is a call across two months, the call will be charged for the month that the call ends.
i.e.) If you connect from 23:50, November 30 to 0:15, December 1, this call will be charged for December.
| 17.Am I billed from SpinNet
for One Number Access Service usage separately as
well as the charge from my telephone company? |
There is no additional billing from SpinNet.
| 18.Who will send the invoice
for the telephone charge for the One Number Access
Service? |
You will receive the invoice from SOFTBANK TELECOM.If you use PIAFS access point, you will receive the invoice from your PHS company.

time (usage time) of the One Number Access Service
on your Home Page or somewhere else? |
No. We can not provide the information on the Internet.
