  • All rates listed in this notice include the national consumption tax.
  • "B FLET'S", "FLET'S HIKARI NEXT" and "FLET'S HIKARI PREMIUM" plans are "best effort" connection services. The listed transmission speed is the maximum speed available under the particular standards in force, and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Certain subscriber residence environments may prevent use of the "B FLET'S", "FLET'S HIKARI NEXT" and "FLET'S HIKARI PREMIUM" Service plans.
  • Customers subscribing to "B FLET'S", "FLET'S HIKARI NEXT" or "FLET'S HIKARI PREMIUM" by March 31, 2010 and whom service commences by June 30, 2010 will be eligible for a gift certificate.
*1 This benefit is not available for plan changes by current users of the "B FLET'S", "FLET'S HIKARI NEXT" and "FLET'S HIKARI PREMIUM" plan. In addition, this benefit is available to customers who continue to use the service for at least five consecutive months after commencing "B FLET'S", "FLET'S HIKARI NEXT" or "FLET'S HIKARI PREMIUM" line use.

Sequence through Service Startup

1.Confirm "FLET'S" Service details   Please take time to confirm NTT "FLET'S" Service particulars
3.Subscribing to SpinNet   First, submit the SpinNet Basic Contract application. Next, follow the instruction on the screen to proceed to the STEP4.
4.Application to NTT "FLET'S" Service agent   Subscribe to NTT "FLET'S" Service, using the Web sites of the specific "FLET'S" service agents.
5.Decide service startup date   The NTT "FLET'S" Service agent will inform you of the service startup date by e-mail or phone call. * Depending on the telephone lines used by specific customers, separate application procedures may be required. Changes from ISDN lines to analog lines or other necessary procedures will all be arranged by the NTT "FLET'S" service agent.
6.Submit "FLET'S" Service use notification   Submit the "FLET'S" Service use notification from the SpinNet Web Site.
7.NTT installation work   With installation of a new optical transmission line with "B FLET'S", it will be necessary for customers to be present when the installation work is performed.
8.Commencing line service   Before commencing service, NTT will mail customers a modem, software, guidebook and other related items.
9.Gift Certificate Present   Gift coupons will be mailed by SOFTBANK TELECOM Corp. two to three months after line service commences.
