FLET'S HIKARI Service(B FLET'S / FLET'S HIKARI NEXT/ FLET'S HIKARI PREMIUM) |

B FLET'S / FLET'S HIKARI NEXT/ FLET'S HIKARI PREMIUM service provides an extremely fast broadband connection between end-user and an Internet Service Provider(ISP) using a fiber optic network. It enables download/upload speeds of up to 200 Mbps with a continuous connection at a flat rate.

How to register |
|
In order to use B FLET'S / FLET'S HIKARI NEXT / FLET'S HIKARI PREMIUM with SpinNet, you will need to register with us (as well as NTT). For more information about registering, please see User's Information Change.

How to use

Please use "PPPoE Driver" provided by NTT when you register for NTT's "B FLET'S".
- Except the user who are using WindowsXP and/or MacOSX. Please refer to the following site.

When you connect to SpinNet using "B FLET'S"FLET'S HIKARI NEXT" or "FLET'S HIKARI PREMIUM", you have to add "@spinnet.jp" at the end of your User Login Name.
Ex) 12345678@tka.jpn@spinnet.jp

These connection services does not guarantee completely continuous connection. We will need to suspend your connection for a brief period once a month in order to perform a monthly maintenance check. The time frame is 5:00 a.m. - 6:00 a.m. on the first day of every month. |

You can register only one area for B FLET'S / FLET'S HIKARI NEXT / FLET'S HIKARI PREMIUM. |

We regard uploading more than 15 GB data though Internet per 24 hours as prohibited acts.
In this case, we may suspend your service or end your agreement with us.

The maximum connection speed shows the highest logical speed between your internal home device and your local telephone exchange, this maximum speed does not guarantee the actual connection speed in your residence. Connection speed will get lower depending on the environment you use, and how busy the line is. |

If you wish to get a connection higher than 100Mbps speed, you should prepare devices working with 1Gpbs connection speed ( e.g. LAN cables, computers etc.). Although you can use this service with 100Mbps devices, please note that the highest connection speed you get is 100Mbps. |

When you change B FLET'S service to FLET'S HIKARI NEXT service, or change FLET'S HIKARI NEXT service to other FLET'S HIKARI NEXT services, you may be unable to use some services, or you may have to change devices and configurations. And additional installation fee will be charged. |
