We will accept cancellation requests by receiving cancellation documents. If you wish to cancel SpinNet, please contact SpinNet Customer Support Center to get cancellation documents.

[Notice] Please contact us by 10 days before the day you wish for the cancellation. You will receive a confirmation letter for the cancellation of our service when your request has been completed. Our service is provided on a monthly basis from the date you signed up. No partial refund if you cancel in the middle of the monthly billing cycle. You can continue to use SpinNet account until the termination date even if the cancellation request has been arranged. Please be aware that we may contact you over the telephone to confirm your request.
