About the effect of an electric power outage on telephone services

Please note that you cannot use the Internet services and IP phone services during a power outage.
We would appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Description:
1. The Internet services
You cannot use any SpinNet Internet Services during a power outage.
2. SpinPhone
You cannot use SpinPhone during a power outage.
* Please keep in mind that you would be charged by sending and receiving automatically from your telephone line during a power outage.
3. Notes
If you cannot use an IP phone after a power recovery, please cycle its adapter.
In case that you still cannot use it in spite of cycling, please check its adapter lamp is on and contact SpinNet Customer Support Center.
