NTT FLET'S ADSL equipment with VoIP functionality available for SpinPhone

Dear Customer,

Thank you for using JENS SpinNet.

Currently we provide the rental telephony adapter(AtermBR500V) for SpinPhone for FLET'S customers.
From March 1, the FLET'S ADSL equipment with VoIP functionality provided by NTT East and NTT West will be available for use with SpinPhone.

Details as follows:

1. Date :
From March 1, 2004 (Mon.)
2. Availability :
SpinPhone for FLET'S customers using FLET'S ADSL
3.  Customers who already have NTT FLET'S ADSL equipment with
VoIP functionality		  :
Those customers can use SpinPhone without the rental telephony adapter(AtermBR500V) that we provide, by setting up your FLET'S ADSL equipment.

4.  Customers who do not have NTT FLET'S ADSL equipment with
VoIP functionality		  :
Those customers can use SpinPhone without using the rental telephony adapter (AtermBR500V), by changing their current ADSL equipment to the NTT FLET'S ADSL equipment with VoIP functionality.
Please contact NTT East or NTT West to change your current equipment.
NTT East and NTT West offer this equipment for rental and purchase.

5.  About NTT FLET'S ADSL equipment with VoIP functionality  :
There are three types of NTT FLET'S ADSL equipment with VoIP functionality.

-Router with built-in ADSL modem
-Router
-Adapter
6.  How to return your rental telephony adapter(AtermBR500V)  :
If you plan to use NTT FLET'S ADSL equipment with VoIP functionality, you need to return your rental telephony adapter(AtermBR500V).
Please send your rental telephony adapter to the address below after notifying our Customer Support Center.

*  Please use the shipping label enclosed with the telephony adapter (AtermBR500V) when you send it back. If you lost it, you can ship it COD using Yamato Transport service.

*  Please note that we cannot accept COD delivery using delivery services other than Yamato Transport.
7. Notes :
*  Customers can continue to use our rental telephony adapter (AtermBR500V), but please note that a 380 yen monthly rental fee will be charged from August 2004 since the campaign will be terminated at the end of July 2004.

*  We will stop providing the rental telephony adapter(AtermBR500V) to customers who register for SpinPhone using FLET'S ADSL after March 1, 2004.

*  If you are using SpinPhone with B FLET'S, please continue to use our rental telephony adapter(AtermBR500).
