Announcement about "SpinPhone for FLET'S" Campaign
for customer's who are currently using "SpinPhone for FLET'S plan"

Dear Customer,

Thank you for using JENS SpinNet.

The campaign waiving the initial fee, basic monthly charge and telephony adapter rental fee finished on January 31, 2004.
However, we introduce a new campaign from February 1, 2004 which waives the telephony adapter rental fee for customers using SpinPhone for FLET'S until July 31, 2004.

For further details, please refer to the following:

1. Campaign Period : Until July 31, 2004
2. Eligibility : JENS SpinNet customers who are currently using SpinPhone for FLET'S plan
3. About Campaign : Monthly Telephony adapter (TA) rental fee will be waived until July 31,2004 for JENS SpinNet customers who are currently using SpinPhone for FLET'S plan.

* Customers will be charged 380 yen per month for Telephony adapter after August, 2004.
4. Notes : In accordance with termination of the old SpinPhone campaign, customers will be charged for 280 yen of basic monthly charge from this month.
