Start of JENS SpinNet eADSL Service ADSL Lite Plan

Thank you for using JENS SpinNet.

From today, JENS SpinNet will start offering the eADSL Service ADSL Lite Plan which is capable of up to 1 Mbps downstream.

The eADSL Service ADSL Lite Plan includes both the Internet access fee and the telecommunication fee, making it an extremely economical way to access the Internet. Customers can use this service for a fixed price of just 2,100 yen per month.

With the opening of eADSL Service ADSL Lite Plan, we will offer a special campaign, so please take advantage of this opportunity.

3. Service Area : All Japan
* All areas in Japan where eAccess provides the 1M service.

5. Fees :
1)  Monthly fee: 2,100 yen (Tax included.)
  * The modem rental fee and the NTT line charge will be billed in addition to this fee.
2)  Modem Rental Fee:
  -  When using SpinPhone 819 yen/month
  -  When not using SpinPhone 525 yen/month
  * If you use SpinPhone, the SpinPhone initial fee of 525 yen, monthly basic fee of 294 yen and phone charges are also billed.
3)  NTT Line Charge:
  -  Living in NTT East area
Type 1 -- 165 yen/month Type 2 -- 1,454 yen/month
  -  Living in NTT West area
Type 1 -- 173 yen/month Type 2 -- 1,525 yen/month
6. Campaign :
With the opening of JENS SpinNet eADSL Service ADSL Lite Plan, we will offer the special campaign below.
Campaign Period: From June 1, 2004 to September 30, 2004
Contents:
1)  Initial Fee of 3,150 yen is FREE!
If you sign up for JENS SpinNet eADSL Service ADSL Lite Plan by the end of September 2004, the initial fee of 3,150 yen is waived.
Availability: Customers who sign up for eADSL Service ADSL Lite Plan by September 30, 2004
* Customers who sign up for ADSL Plus II Plan and ADSL Plus Q Plan are also eligible.
2)  Modem rental fee and NTT line charge are waived for 4 months maximum!
Customers can enjoy this broadband connection for only 2,100 yen (Tax incl.) for 4 months maximum.
Modem rental fee and NTT line charge are waived until the end of September 2004.
Availability: Customers whose eADSL Service ADSL Lite Plan is activated by September 31, 2004.
3)  Receive 3,000 yen cash back if you are not satisfied
JENS SpinNet offers a risk-free way to try this new service by giving you 3,000 yen back if you are in any way dissatisfied with the quality of eADSL Service Lite Plan.
* We will send a gift certificate worth 3,000 yen by post.
Availability: Customers whose eADSL Service ADSL Lite Plan is activated by September 30, 2004 and who then choose to cancel the service within 1 month after activation.

* eADSL Service is a best-effort service.
* Connection speeds are not guaranteed and will depend on many factors such as the length and condition of the telephone wires connecting your house to your NTT central office and general conditions on the Internet at any given time.
