Start of JENS SpinNet eADSL Service "ADSL Plus Q Plan"
and "Wireless LAN Option" service

Dear Customer,

Thank you for using JENS SpinNet.

From December 24, 2003, JENS SpinNet is going to start offering "eADSL Service ADSL Plus Q Plan" which is capable of up to 40Mbps downstream and the new "Wireless LAN Option" service.

Details as follows:

About ADSL Plus Q Plan

All areas in Japan where eACCESS provides "ADSL Plus Q Plan(up to 40Mbps).

4. Fee :
Monthly basic charge 3,880yen (Type 1 / Type 2) *1
Modem Rental Fee -eADSL modem : 500yen/month *2
-Full Function eADSL modem : 780yen/month
(with VOIP/Wireless LAN function)

*1 NTT's ADSL line usage fee and modem retal fee are required separately.
*2 Modem rental fee differs according to the service you use. If you apply for one of our option services such as SpinPhone or Wireless LAN Option, a full function modem will be sent.

<Upgrading from ADSL Plus Plan and ADSL Plus II Plan>
When changing from one of the plans above to the ADSL Plus Q Plan, there is a Service Change Fee.
Service Change Fee 3,000 yen

If you upgrade from Plus Plan (12Mbps) to Plus Q Plan (40Mbps), NTT installation fees are required as follows:
NTT installation fees Type 1 -- 3,050 yen
Type 2 -- 2,200 yen { more(actual cost)
*NTT Installation fee is charged by NTT.

<New registration for eADSL service "ADSL Plus Q Plan">
As an intial cost, the following fees are required.
ADSL Signup Fee 3,000 yen
The 3,000 yen signup fee is currently being waived.

NTT Installation fee Type 1--3,050 yen
Type 2--9,500 yen { more(actual cost)
*NTT Installation fee is charged by NTT.
5. Registration : From December 24, 2003 (Wed.) 13:00
We will inform you how to register for eADSL Service ADSL Plus Q plan and Wireless LAN Option by e-mail on December 24.

About Wireless LAN Option

Availability
Customers who are using eADSL Service ADSL Plus Q Plan and ADSL Plus II Plan
"Wireless LAN Option" is available for the users of eADSL Service ADSL Plus II plan (up to 24Mbps) and ADSL Plus Q Plan(up to 40Mbps). "Wireless LAN Option" is not available for customers who are using ADSL Plus Plan(12M).
4. Fee : "Wireless LAN Option"

monthly usage fee 680 yen
Rental Modem Fee Full Function eADSL modem F 780yen/month *
(with VOIP/Wireless LAN function)
* Customers can use "Wireless LAN option" service and "SpinPhone" at the same time.
5. Registration : From December 24, 2003 (Wed.) 13:00
We will inform you how to register for eADSL Service ADSL Plus Q plan and Wireless LAN Option by e-mail on December 24.
