Start of JENS SpinNet eADSL Service ADSL Plus II Plan

Dear Customer,

Thank you for using JENS SpinNet.

From September 29, 2003, JENS SpinNet is going to start offering "eADSL Service ADSL Plus II Plan" which is capable of up to 24Mbps downstream.

Details as follows:

1. Starting date : September 29, 2003 (Mon.)
2. Service Area : All areas in Japan where eAccess provides the 24M service.
3. Fee : Monthly basic charge： 3,580 yen（Type 1 / Type 2）
*  NTT's ADSL line usage fee and modem rental fee are required separately

Upgrading from eADSL Plus Plan (24M)ADSL Line Class Change transaction fees are required.
ADSL Line Change Fee：3,000 yen
NTT Installation fee：
Type 1--3,050 yen, Type 2--2,200 yen ＋ more(actual cost)
*  NTT Installation fee is charged by NTT.
*  3,000 yen ADSL line change fee will be waived until October 31, 2003 if you register for the "SpinPhone for eADSL" with eADSL service ADSL Plus II plan. This campaign will not be applied when you upgrade to2 4Mbps service without applying for "SpinPhone for eADSL".

New registration for eADSL service As an initial cost, the following fees are required.
eADSL Signup Fee：3,000 yen
*  The 3,000 yen signup fee is currently being waived.
NTT Installation fee：
Type 1--3,050 yen, Type 2--9,500 yen ＋ more(actual cost)
*  NTT Installation fee is charged by NTT.
4. Registration : From September 29, 2003 (Mon.)
*  We will inform you how to register for eADSL Service ADSL Plus II plan by e-mail on September 29.
5. Notes :
*  Different types of modem will be provided depending on whether you register for "SpinPhone for eADSL" or not. If you register for "SpinPhone for eADSL" with eADSL service ADSL Plus II Plan, a 24 Mbps modem with VoIP function will be sent. Modem exchange fee will apply if you register for "SpinPhone for eADSL" separately after you register for ADSL Plus II Plan (24Mbps service).
