Release of JENS SpinNet IP-phone service "SpinPhone" Dear Customer,

Thank you for using JENS SpinNet. We are proud to announce that we will start a new IP-phone service "SpinPhone" in alliance with KDDI as follows:

1. Service name:	"SpinPhone"
2. Release date:	Early summer, 2003 * Announcement of detailed schedule later by e-mail.
3. Supported Service:	JENS SpinNet eADSL Plus Plan. * We will offer the SpinPhone service for customers using NTT Flet's ADSL and B Flet's from autumn 2003.
4. Fee:	Signup Fee 500 yen Basic Monthly Fee 280 yen Rental Modem Fee 780 yen Calling Rate * Calls between users of ISPs providing IP-phone service in alliance with KDDI are "FREE". * Domestic Calls 8 yen per 3 minutes all over Japan (does not include calls to cell phones) * International Calls Price depends upon country. eg) 9 yen per minute to U.S.A..
5. Notes:	* Prior registration is required to use "SpinPhone". * We will announce how to register later by e-mail. * Customers who are already using JENS SpinNet eADSL Plus Plan are required to replace current modems to the modems compatible with "SpinPhone". * Throughput of more than 500Kbps is necessary to use "SpinPhone".
