Advanced way of using

Registering folder distribution rules from the e-mail list/folder list/address book

[ Register from e-mail list ]

1. Select the e-mail where sorting conditions will be set using the folder sorting function from the e-mail list then right-click.

2. Select the following from the right-click menu.
Select "Folder distribution rule setup" -> Options (subject registration/sender address registration/Conditions setup by self)

3. Verify the contents from the Settings screen then click "Register."

[ Register from the folder list ]

1. Select the folder to specify the sorted item from the folder area then right-click.

2. Select "Folder distribution rule setup" from the right-click menu.

3. Enter sorting conditions from the Settings screen then click "Add."

[ Register from the address book ]

1. Open the Address Book, select the contact name to be specified to the "Sender" then right-click.

2. Select "Set to Folder Sorting Rules" from the right-click menu.

3. Enter sorting conditions from the Settings screen then click "Register."
