Basic way of use

Reading a body of a mail

1. Click or double-click a mail you want to read in the mail list.

2. The body of the message will be displayed if you click.
The mail window will open if you double-click.
To display in a separate window, click the Up/Down button to read a previous@or post e-mail without closing the window.

*1 For selecting areas for theme settings, the text area will not be displayed when "2 areas" is selected.

To download a mail attachment

1. In the Mail List area, double-click the subject of the mail.

2. The body of the selected mail will be displayed in a separate window.

3. Click the link in the Attachment column to download the file. (If there is no file, the link will not appear.)

When you receive an email with an attachment, the WebMail application may not recognize and display the "attachment" depending on the message format. In this case, please use "MYHOME.mail lite" and follow the instructions below to download the file.

  1. Log in to "MYHOME.mail lite".
  2. Click on the relevant message from the message list area.
  3. Click the "Detail" button at the top of the screen.
  4. Click the "Open Attachment" link in the "Detail" screen to download the file.
