When you use vCard compatible mobile phones from Outlook 2000 and Outlook Express 6 onwards, you can import (copy) the address book registered to the e-mail software or your mobile phone to the MYHOME.Mail Address Book.

1. Export an address book data in CSV format with your Email software.(*1)

2. Click "Import" button of the "Address Book" menu of MYHOME.mail.

3. Select the Email software you are using from the pull-down menu and reference an address book data (csv format) which you want to import.

4. Choose a process in "Duplicate Entries".(*2)
"Keep the current entry and ignore the new one." means that duplicated    new addresses are not imported.
"Overwrite the current entry with the new one." means that duplicated    new addresses overwrite the addresses previously registered in the    address book.

5. Click "Import" button

1. Download address book data from the mobile phone to your PC and save.(*3)

2. Click "Import" button of the "Address Book" menu of MYHOME.mail.

3. Select "vCard" from the pull-down menu then view the address book file (.vcf) saved to the PC.

4. Choose a process in "Duplicate Entries".(*2)
"Keep the current entry and ignore the new one." means that duplicated    new addresses are not imported.
"Overwrite the current entry with the new one." means that duplicated    new addresses overwrite the addresses previously registered in the    address book.

5. Click "Import" button

	(*1) Please refer to the manual of your Email software to export an address book data. ＜If you are using OutlookExpress6＞ To export an address book data, select "Import/Export" from "File" of address book menu. Then choose "Export to other address book" and select "text format (CSV)". (*2) If the same display name exists in the address book as the imported address, MYHOME.mail considers those data as a duplicated entry. (*3) You can download address book data from your mobile phone by using external memory (miniSD, etc.). Address book data may be saved to multiple files depending on the device type (For Web Mail import functions, operations are required for each file). * Please note that you cannot import large files over 100KB.
