Register to Address Book

[ Registering addresses ]

1. Click "New Contact" button of Address Book menu.

2. Fill out the form with necessary information such as a mail address and press "OK".

* You can register other important information such as telephone numbers, business information, and so on.

* You can register contact information sorted by categories. To register new categories, select "New Category c" from the pull-down menu in the "New Contact" window.

[ Registering addresses automatically ]

1. Select a mail from a mail list and right-click.

2. Select "Add Sender to Address Book" from the right-click menu.

3. Fill out the address book form with necessary information and click "OK".

* A mail address to which you sent a mail is automatically registered to your address book if you check "Recipients in the "To:" line" or "All Recipients" in the "Address Collection" field of "Preference" section in the Setting.

[ Registering a group ]

1. Click "New Group" button of the "Address Book" menu.

2. Fill out the address book form with necessary information such as group name, a description, and a category.

3. Choose mail addresses you would like to add to the group by pressing "Add" or "Remove" button.

4. Click "OK" after members of a group are settled.
