MYHOME.mail lite Help：Sending and receiving mails

1．In the Mail List area, double-click the subject of the mail.

2．The body of the selected mail will be displayed in a separate window.

3．Click the link in the Attachment column to download the file. (If there is no file, the link will not appear.)

When a customer receives an email with an attachment, the WebMail application may not recognize and display the "attachment" depending on the message format. In such cases, please follow the procedure below to download the file.

From the message list area, click on the appropriate message.
Click the "Detail" button at the top of the screen.
Click the "Open Attachment" link in the "Detail" screen to download the file.
