MYHOME.mail lite Help：Address Book

　 You can import an address book data to MYHOME.mail if you use Outlook 2000 or Outlook Express 6 and higher.

1．Export an address book data in CSV format with your Email software. (*1)

2．Click “Import” button of the Address Book menu.

3．Select the mail software from the pull-down menu in “File Format” field.

4．Choose a process in “Duplicate Entries”.(*2)
・“Keep the current entry and ignore the new one.” means that duplicated new addresses are not imported.
・“Overwrite the current entry with the new one.” means that duplicated new addresses overwrite the addresses previously registered in the address book.

5．Browse the file to import and Click “OK”.


	(1) Please refer to the manual of your Email software to export an address book data. < If you are using OutlookExpress6 > To export an address book data, select “Import/Export” from “File” of address book menu. Then choose “Export to other address book” and select “text format (CSV)”. (2) If the same display name exists in the address book as the imported address, MYHOME.mail considers those data as a duplicated entry. * Please note that you cannot import large files over 100KB.
