* Universal Service Fee: a fixed fee per telephone number.

(Current) 5.25 yen (incl. tax) per each telephone number
(New) 3.15 yen (incl. tax) per each telephone number

Customers using SpinPhone for FLET'S and SpinPhone for eADSL

From and including usage for, July 2012 (Billed in August 2012)
Notes
* The "Universal Service Fee" will be recalculated once in 6 months by the Telecommunications Carriers Association, which is the assisting organization to the "Universal Service Fund System". Please note that the universal service fee may change according to recalculation.
