While you cancel SpinPhone with us, you will need to contact NTT for the cancellation of FLET'S Service as well as canceling the service on our homepage "Users' Information Change" .
You can not complete the cancellation by only cancelling the service at "Users' Information Change". Please be sure to contact NTT to complete the cancellation of the service.
If you would also like to cancel SpinNet, please contact the Customer Support Center.
Returning the rental Terminal Adapter
