Please check your OS (Operating System) and browser. If your system is not supported by the Telephony Adapter, then you may have trouble opening the set up page using your browser.

You can not use "SpinPhone for FLET'S" under the following conditions.
- When you call the number which is not covered by SpinPhone.
- When a Telephony Adapter/an IP telephone-enabled modem/router is off (such as a power failure)
- When you do not put the receiver back in the phone unit for more than 3 seconds after calling a wrong number.
- When there is no setting for "SpinPhone for FLET'S" in your Telephony Adapter/IP telephone-enabled modem/router.

Q7. When I call using "SpinPhone for FLET'S", I often hear noises and pauses during the conversation.
This may occur under the following conditions:
- When Internet traffic is unexpectedly high
- When the link up speed becomes less than 500kbps
- During the night time when the traffic is very busy, especially from 10:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.
- When you are sending and receiving large files, such as using FTP.
- When your phone protective device is effecting FLET'S Service(ADSL/B FLET'S/FLET'S HIKARI PREMIUM) connection.
- When some electric devices, such as microwave, are located around telephone cable.

You need to check the registered phone number for the speed dial.
If the area code is not included, then you have to add it to the registered phone number.
If the registered phone number is required to be dialed through your NTT line, then please add "0009"(a Telephony Adapter provided by KDDI)/"0000"(an IP telephone-enabled router/modem) provided by NTT at the beginning of the number. |

You will have to add "0009"(Telephony Adapter provided by KDDI)/"0000"(IP telephone-enabled modem/router provided by NTT) before dialing each phone number. You will be charged for these calls by your phone company (NTT, etc.) |
