The quality is about the same as an NTT telephone line. Please remember that network conditions and computer environment can effect the quality of "SpinPhone for eADSL".
Q4. Can I cancel my contract with NTT?
We recommend you continuing your contract with NTT as you will need it to receive calls from non-affiliated ISPs and regular landlines as well as call emergency numbers (110/119) .

"SpinPhone for eADSL" uses the IP network to allow you to call any landline phone nationwide for the same rate.
Q6. Is "SpinPhone for eADSL" secure?
Your connection is secured by a user ID and password, but the conversation is going through the IP network, so security cannot be guaranteed. If your conversation requires high security, then we recommend you use regular landlines.
