Double-click on the "Dial-Up Networking" icon in your "My Computer" icon.

Click on "New" and the "New Phonebook Entry Wizard" dialog box will appear on your screen. Enter "JENS signup" in "Name the new phonebook entry" field, and then click on "Next".

A dialog tells you to save "JENS signup". Click on the "Finish" button.

Click on the "Script" tab and then check "None" in "After dialing (logon)".

Click on the "Security" tab, and then check on "Accept any authentification including clear text" in "Authentification and encryption policy".
Click on the "OK" button.

"Dial-Up Networking" dialog will appear again. Confirm the telephone number, and then Click on the "Dial" button.

Click the "Connect" button. Connection will begin.

When the connection is complete, start your WWW browser (such as Internet Explorer or Netscape). After the WWW browser is launched, type:
"http://regist.spinnet.jp/index_en.html"
in the "Address" or "Location" field near the top of your browser window, then press the "Enter" key.
The online registration page will appear. Please read the service information and contract, and follow the instruction on the screen.
Enter the information as requested. Click "Sign Me Up!" at the end to register your information. This completes the registration procedure.
When the signup is complete, your Connect Login Name and Connect Password will be displayed on the screen. Be sure to write down the information displayed and keep it in a safe place so the information will not be abused by a third party. The signup is successful when your Connect Login Name and Connect Password are displayed. Even if ,for some reason, you are disconnected after the Connect Login Name and Connect Password are displayed, there is no need to sign up again.
