1. Create a dial up icon for sign up.
Here is the procedure to set up your computer to connect to the signup port.

-- Configure Dial-Up Networking.

1.	Double-click on the "Make New Connection" icon in your "Dial-Up Networking" folder in "My Computer". The "My Computer" icon can be found on your desktop after starting up your computer.
2.	The "Make New Connection" dialog will appear.
	Type a name for the computer you are dialing: Type JENS signup Select a modem: Choose the name of the modem you are using.
	Click on the "Next" button.
3.	Write the phone number of the signup port
	The telephone number is the same for ISDN (Sync.64Kbps) line. Click on the "Next" button.	Area code: Type 03 Telephone Number: Type 5324-7850 Country code: Select Japan (81)
4.	A dialog appears which tells you that a new "connection" named "JENS signup" will be created. Click on the "Finish" button.
5.	Right-click on the "JENS signup" icon in the "Dial-Up Networking" folder, then click on "Properties".
6.	Confirm that the phone number and modem type are correctly set, and then click on the "Server Types" tab.
		Area code: 03 Telephone number: 5324-7850 Country code: Japan (81) Modem The name of your modem.
7.	Click on the "Server Types" tab. Uncheck all the checkboxes other than "TCP/IP", and then click on the "TCP/IP Settings" button.
8.	TCP/IP Settings: Check "Server assigned IP address". Check "Specify name server address"
		Primary DNS 192.168.17.1 Secondary DNS Primary WINS Secondary WINS Leave these in their default settings ("0.0.0.0").
	Check "Use IP header compression". Check "Use default gateway on remote network" Click on the "OK" button in order (three times) to close all windows.

2. In this section, you will sign up for our service using the dial up icon you created earlier.
You will need to print out or copy down this information for later reference. -- Dial up to signup port.

1.	Double-click on the "SpinNet" icon in the "Dial-Up Networking" folder in "My Computer".
	User name Type signup Password Type signup * Both should be written in small letters. * Password when typed will be displayed as "*"
	Click the "Connect" button. "Connecting to" dialog will appear and connection will begin.

-- How to type in URL

1. When the connection is complete, start your WWW browser (such as Internet Explorer or Netscape). After the WWW browser is launched, type:

   "http://regist.spinnet.jp/index_en.html"

   in the "Address" or "Location" field near the top of your browser window, then press the "Enter" key.
   
2. The online registration page will appear. Please read the service information and contract, and follow the instruction on the screen.
   
3. Enter the information as requested. Click "Sign Me Up!" at the end to register your information. This completes the registration procedure.
   
   

   When the signup is complete, your Connect Login Name and Connect Password will be displayed on the screen.Be sure to write down the information displayed and keep it in a safe place so the information will not be abused by a third party. The signup is successful when your Connect Login Name and Connect Password are displayed. Even if ,for some reason, you are disconnected after the Connect Login Name and Connect Password are displayed, there is no need to sign up again.
