[2004/10/13] Change of MYHOME.mail / MYHOME.web login forms
We have changed the login forms of MYHOME.mail and MYHOME.web to prevent spam mails. Now you must "type" your domain name (the latter part of your mail address) also to log in. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Thank you for using our mail browsing feature "MYHOME.mail".
Please check this usage guide, and then read the service agreement carefully.

To use MYHOME.mail, please access SpinNet top page ( http://www.spinnet.jp/indexe.html ), and login with your mail address and mail password.

The merits of MYHOME.mail are:

	+	No additional fee and no registration. All SpinNet users can use the service at once!
	+	You can read and write email messages outside, your office, and even from overseas!
	+	No extra software is needed. You can use web browser such as Internet Explorer.
	+	You can send and receive attached files.
	+	Our Mail Virus Check Service checks and disinfects mail viruses.
Before using our advanced "MYHOME.mail", please read this guide.

MYHOME.mail features:

SpinNet's MYHOME.mail provides you the following functions:
	+	Reading mail messages addressed to your mail address of SpinNet.
	+	Sending mail messages from your mail account.
	+	Sending and receiving attached files.
	+	Address book function which allows you to register your friend's mail addresses.
	+	Mail virus check service is available when both sending and receiving mail messages.

Logout, and quit your browser

To ensure your privacy, please click on the Logout button when you have finished using MYHOME.mail. MYHOME.mail handles your password and private mail messages. To ensure your privacy and security, please note the following points:
1.	Before using
	Some browsers, such as Internet Explorer 5.5 or later versions, have an "Auto Complete" function, which stores the ID and password you filled in HTML form in the browser. When using someone else's PC or sharing PC, please switch off the function before logging in MYHOME.mail.
2.	After using:
	When you finish reading or writing mail messages, or when you leave your work sheet, do not forget to click on the "Logout" button. We strongly recommend you to exit your browser to clear "browser cache".
3.	Keep your mail password safe:
	Please keep your password private and secure. We recommend that you choose a password different from your User Login Name, Mail Address, or numbers such as "1111", which could easily be guessed.

*	We cannot guarantee that you can use all of the MYHOME.mail functions with the browsers above.
*	MYHOME.mail uses JavaScript and browser cookie. Please turn on both functions.
*	The mail attachment function heavily depends on each browser's, or OS's internal spec. For the latest information and the limitations of each browser, please log in to MYHOME.mail, and then click on the "Help" button.

Time out function.

If "MYHOME.mail" remains open for more than 45 minutes, your session will be timed-out and you have to login again.

Japanese and English languages are supported.
Please note that following restrictions:

-	Please do not use Japanese "Hankaku-Katakana".
-	Some Japanese characters will not be well handled due to your browser's problem.

Maximum number of mail addresses you can set in the "To:" field.

Maximum number of mail addresses you can set in the "To:" field is 10 to prevent spam mail.

Restrictions when sending attached files with your mail.

You can attach up to 3 files. The total size limit is 1 MB.

For users who cannot use SSL (encrypted connection)

If you are connecting to the Internet through a proxy server in your office or school, please note that:
Some proxy servers do not permit SSL connection. We recommend you to ask the network administrator to change the setting of proxy server. But you can also use non-SSL version of MYHOME.mail. But please note that when you are using non-SSL version, the messages will not be encrypted and can be wiretapped at the worst.

Appendix: The difference from old "MYHOME"

Sending and receiving attached files are now supported.

You can use your own "Address Book". You do not need to remember or take a note of your friend's mail addresses, preventing misspelling of mail addresses.

You can view the detailed information of mail header.

You can view mail messages in HTML format(HTML mail). *

*	If you are using a browser which contains security hole, this function can cause critical security problems. Please keep your browser up-to-date.

"MYHOME.mail" does not provide the browsing function of your User Home Page Service contents. Please use "MYHOME.web" instead.
