After launching Outlook 2003, select "E-mail Accounts" from the "Tools" menu. The "E-mail Accounts" window appears.Select "View or change existing e-mail accounts" then click "Next >".

Select the appropriate account from the "E-mail Accounts" window then press the "Change..." button.

From "E-mail Accounts", "Internet E-mail Settings (POP3)" will be displayed. Enter the following information. Once entry is completed, click on "More Settings".
[Server Information]
Incoming mail server (POP3):
Your mail server
Outgoing mail server (SMTP):
Your mail server

The "Internet E-mail Settings" window will open. Click on the "Outgoing Server" tab and enter the necessary information.
Outgoing Sercer:
My outgoing server(SMTP) requires authentication
Use same setting as my incoming server

Select "Advanced" tab and set as follows:
Incoming server(POP3):
995 Checked: This server requires an encrypted connection(SSL)
Outgoing server(SMTP):
465 Checked: This server requires an encrypted connection(SSL)

Click the "OK" button then click the "Close" button in the "Internet Accounts" window.
