This week's grouch!
FORMS ARE NOT BASIC!!!
NO WAY!!!
I had a heap of trouble trying to follow the "form" instuctions on our company's page.
(Being a beginner, I had to learn how to do a form before I could make this week's lesson and tell you guys!)
Go ahead and have a look. Deciphering it did'nt make for a fun week.
Our SpinNet formcgi page
If you want to know how to make forms be prepared to sit down and spend some time doing so.
They are composed of a lot of html code
which looks like a lot of mumbo jumbo and makes you want to stop
before you even start.
Mind you, facing anything at 9 o'clock in the morning makes me feel that way.
HAPPY FORMING!

This week's happy say!
I FINISHED THIS LESSON! YAY!
I was dragging my feet so much on this one, I wore out the soles in my shoes.
Mind you, once I stopped dragging my feet, had a coffee and got down to it, it wasn't too bad.
I made the mistake of copying the codes for the basic form and the code for the "thank you" page
and putting them both on the same page.
DO NOT DO THIS!
1. Copy the code for the form and put it where you want it on one of your pages.
2. Start up notepad and make a new page. The thank you page's code needs to be copied into the code for this new page.
Spend some time playing with the design and layout. (As you would with any normal page you make)
Save it as reply.html in the same folder as you saved the page with the example code's form.
Good luck!
