| From the "Start menu", select "Control Panel". Double-click "Add or Remove Programs." |

| In the "Add or Remove Programs" window, select "SpinNET Consumer" and click "Change / Remove." |

| When the following window is displayed, select "Remove" and click "Next." |

| When the following pop-up window is displayed, click "OK." |

| When the following pop-up window is displayed, click "Finish." |

| This completes uninstallation of "SpinNET Consumer." To continue with installation of the updated software, see Installing Dialer Software. |
