[Important] Regarding the East Japan Earthquake

Due to the earthquake, there have been some difficulties for connecting to the Internet since March 11, 2011, 2:46 p.m.

1. Some customers using SpinNet "eADSL" service in Akita were not able to connect to the Internet.
2. Customers using SpinNet "eADSL" service in some parts of Miyagi (Kadowaki, Yuriage) and Fukushima (Fukushima-soma), are not able to connect to the Internet.

+ It may take more time than usual to complete installation works, service changes, moving house procedures, and so on.
+ We will compensate modems broken or lost by the disaster without any charges.

+ As traffic and logistics network have been unstable, deliveries, such as modem and letters, may delay.
FLET'S Service in NTT EAST area
+ It may take more time than usual to complete installation works in some parts of NTT EAST area.(May 26, 2011)
