[Important] Termination of one of functions of SpinNet Mail Service

Dear SpinNet Customers,

 Thank you very much for using SpinNet.
 SpinNet has terminated one of outgoing mail authentication in order to enhance security.

If you have been unable to send emails since July 14, please confirm your email software setting.

We would appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Description:

1. The Terminated Function

POP before SMTP (*)
* The authentic method which requires incoming mail authentication before sending mails.
2. The Termination Date

July 14, 2015 (Tue.)
3. The Effect after the Termination

If you do not configure SMTP-AUTH or SMTP over SSL on your email software, you will not be able to send mails.
* There is no effect on SpinNet Web Mail.
4. How to Change the Setting

Please change the setting on your email software referring the following if you do not activate SMTP authentication.
