* Universal Service Fee: a fixed fee per telephone number.

(Current) 3 yen (tax excl.) per each telephone number
(New) 2 yen (tax excl.) per each telephone number
Concerning
Customers using SpinPhone for FLET'S and SpinPhone for eADSL
Schedule for Modification starts
From and including usage for, January 2015 (Billed in Feburary 2015)
Notes
* The "Universal Service Fee" will be recalculated once in a year by the Telecommunications Carriers Association, which is the assisting organization to the "Universal Service Fund System". Please note that the universal service fee may change according to recalculation.
