[Important] The troubles on a sales call to change the ISP

Dear Customer,

Thank you very much for using SpinNet.

National Consumer Affairs Center of Japan reports a lot of troubles happen recently, that is customers get a sales call from a major telecommunication company's affiliate, it manipulates the customer's computer by remote control and changes the Internet service provider (ISP) without the customer's permission.

Being manipulated by remote control, customers cannot use the existing services and email addresses, and even they are billed for the over-priced cancellation fees by the ISP which is changed by remote control.

Please be very careful if you get a sales call like below examples that has nothing more to do with SpinNet.

Reported distinctions of the affiliates
 1. They introduce themselves as a major telecommunication company or its affiliate.
 2. They deny sending documents to customers.
 3. The actual fee is different from the one that customers heard before on the sales call.
 4. They do not give customers enough time to think and complete the all procedures.
