Concerning usage of BB Mobile Point in Tokaido Shinkansen

Dear Customer,

Thank you very much for using SpinNet.

We announce that usage restrictions of "BB Mobile Point" on requiring high-speed connection in Tokaido Shinkansen(Between Tokyo and Shin-Osaka, N700) will begin, in order for more customers to access it easily.

We will modify the "SpinNet Service Agreement" in accordance with this change.

The details are as follows:

1. Overview:

When you use "BB Mobile Point" in Tokaido Shinkansen(Between Tokyo and Shin-Osaka, N700), high-speed connections will be restricted.

2. Area:

On Tokaido Shinkansen (Between Tokyo and Shin-Osaka, N700 only)
* In the station yard is not the subject area.

3. Subject to the restrictions:

Movies, Downloading, etc.

4. Starting date:

May 31, 2012 (Thu.)

5. Changes in SpinNet Sevice Agreement:

Add Paragraph (5) newly to Article 25 (Restriction of the Use of Communications)

5. With respect to using BB Mobile Point Service for individual terminal users by subscribers in separately specified service areas, SOFTBANK TELECOM will restrict the communications using some software or communication protocols which are specified separately.
