Modification of Universal Service Fee

Dear Customer,
Thank you very much for using SpinNet.
We have been charging a "Universal Service Fee" to customers subscribing to SpinPhone for FLET'S and SpinPhone for eADSL, but we would like to announce that this fee will be modified.
* Universal Service Fee: a fixed fee per telephone number.
The detail is as follows.

| Notes |
* The "Universal Service Fee" will be recalculated once in 6 months by the Telecommunications Carriers Association, which is the assisting organization to the "Universal Service Fund System". Please note that the universal service fee may change according to recalculation.
*To check the "Universal Service Fund System", please refer to the Telecommunications Carriers Association's website. (Only written in Japanese)
