[Important] Concerning a reduction of your SpinNet monthly bill due to the East Japan Earthquake
Dear Customer,
We would like to extend our deepest condolences to all people who suffered from the East Japan Earthquake.
We will implement a reduction of the SpinNet monthly bill for all those who suffered or have been evacuated because of the disaster.
Our hearts go out to the people of the affected areas and we pray for their seedy recoveries.
Description:
1. Reduction
Services and charges
We will implement reductions to the services below.
+ SpinNet basic monthly charge
+ eADSL Service monthly charge
+ FLET'S Service monthly charge
+ Rental equipment fees on a monthly basis
+ Address changing installation fee when moving to temporary housing as a result of the disaster
(applied to a bill from Softbank Telecom Corp. only)
* Exclude pay-as-you-go plans.
Concerning areas
We will implement the reductions based on three policies below.
We will decide whether to apply a reduction or not, based on a registered address at billing in March.
(1) Areas covered by the Disaster Relief Act, hit by tsunami, an evacuation order or an instruction to remain indoors issued in Fukushima, and where customers could not use the service.
We will not bill people living in the areas below in March 2011.
We will continue the reduction when we will not be able to confirm your usage after April 2011.

(2) Areas where an evacuation order or an instruction to remain indoors issued, or where we decided that customers could not use the service due to the SpinNet equipment trouble.
We will waive the monthly bill for customers who could not use our service in March (exclude pay-as-you-go plan).

(3) Areas other than listed (1), (2), and covered by the Disaster Relief Act. *1
We will waive the monthly bill if you could not use our service after your declaration.
Please note that there is a chance that it may take more time to get detailed information in affected areas or confirm your declaration. If the reduction procedure is delayed, we will implement the reduction at the next billing.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
2. Charge-free equipment replacement
We will replace a broken or lost rental equipment without charge in areas covered by the Disaster Relief Act.
