 Thank you very much for using SpinNet.
 We would like to announce that the Special dedicated number for "SpinNet On-Site Support" will be changed in July 1st, 2009.

Description:

1. Changing the Special dedicated number for "SpinNet On-Site Support"
  New Contact Phone Number from July 1st (Wed.) : 0120-950-116

  * Due to offering the new phone number, contact phone number
    [0120-950-117] will be closed on June 30th (Wed).
  * Business Hours is no changed.
    (10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. : except Year End/New Year Holidays)
2. Changing Date
  July 1, 2009 (Wed.)
3. "SpinNet On-Site Support" Service
  In this Service, our staff will visit the customer's personal residence and provide support in answer to requests from the customer, such as how to connect, set-up and use the computer and the Internet.
  Our support menu lists a broad, excellent lineup to meet a variety of customer requests, such as, "I would like to change to optical network but I cannot understand how to set it up," or "I would like to introduce a wireless LAN environment".
