[Important] Changing authentication method when using Email

Dear Customer,

Thank you for using JENS SpinNet.

We would like to announce that the authentication method when using Email with JENS SpinNet will be changed late in November, 2006.

Due to this change, JENS SpinNet customers need to change their Email software settings. Please change your Email software settings as soon as possible since customers not changing their settings will not to be able to send and receive Emails after the system change.

Content of
the change
Currently the "mail account name" (characters before @mark of your Email address) is set in the "account name field" of your Email software, but customers need to set their "whole Email address" in "the account name field" from now on.

(Current)  
Account name = characters before @mark of your Email address
(Change to)  
Account name = your whole Email address

Notes
Please complete this change by November, 2006.
Customers who have not changed their mail settings by November, 2006 will not be able to use Email.
* In case you leave a copy of messages on server, you might receive again the messages which you have already downloaded when receiving right after the change of settings. However, it is depending on the setting of your E-mail software.
